New Xiaomi budget smartphone image revealed by TENAA could be Redmi 5
Xiaomi is working on a new budget friendly smartphone. Last year (2016), the Company launched it Redmi 4 handset and now it’s time for an upgrade model which delivers latest features in affordable price so we expected that the Chinese smartphone manufacturer will launch Redmi 5 this year. TENAA has listed some leaked images of an unknown Xiaomi’s smartphone and he also expected that these pictures belong to upcoming new Redmi 5. These leaked images tell us that the upcoming handset will come in a black color chassis which is crafted with plastic material.
According to the listed specs on TENAA, Xiaomi Redmi 5 will carry a crisp 5 inches HD display which delivers more accurate colors, and allows the screen to be viewed from a wider angle. The upcoming device will be based on Android OS v6.0 Marshmallow. It will be running on an Octa core processor which is ticking at the speed of 1.4 GHz. Battery is essential part of any device so the smartphone will feature a 4000 mAh battery which works efficiently and delivers more juice for long term usage. It measuring 139.24 x 69.94 x 8.65 mm dimensions and weighing in at 150 grams.
The Redmi 5 will be enhanced by a 3GB RAM that is adequate for this device to play two or more apps at a time without low down performance. The Total memory of the phone is 32GB which can be expanded up to 128GB by using a microSD slot to store everything you need. The Device will come in Gold, Rose Gold, Matte Black and Dark Grey colors. Xiaomi is not neglecting the importance of fingerprint scanner so he mounted a fingerprint sensor on rear to ensure that the phone is secure from anonymous. The Smartphone will have a 13MP rear and 5MP front facing camera to fill up your album with amazing photographs and selfies. We don’t confirm that when the Xiaomi will launch this budget friendly smartphone.
