OnePlus 3 will be Launched in Q2 with Different Promotion Methods

OnePlus is a leading Chinese smartphone maker, who promised to manufacture and sell smartphone that was flagship rival. When the company launched OnePlus One mobile it got so much attention of Android users. The was designed to compete leading flagships by other companies such as Galaxy S5, Nexus 5, and LG G3 which are more expensive than OnePlus One mobile.

The smartphone has all analogous or even better features that people look for in Galaxy S series or in iPhone such as quality camera, battery life, and NFC. Carl Pei, Oneplus co-founder stated in a CNET interview that this year the United States market will be very important for Oneplus with more conventional promotion techniques. What could be the meaning of that statement? Might be the company will cancel invite system for its next flagship.


In addition, OnePlus said that, the company was very eager about OnePlus 3 smartphone after the successful launch of OnePlus 2. However the device was not warmly welcomed when somebody determined to strip NFC from the smartphone on the whole, but the company sold more units of the device as compare to its predecessor.


At the beginning the company worked with dedication and it was not easy to grab the attention of Android users.  The company decided to use unusual methods of selling its flagship OnePlus One and set up an invitation only program to sell the device. Due to this unique selling method, it was unfeasible to buy and use this handset. Invite only system sucks many buyers, so a customer can buy another handset instead of waiting for an invite.  



Despite the fact the company got attention and invite only system help OnePlus to build reputation. The Chinese firm claims it has 800,000 active forum users who prop up the Oneplus society and enthuse the company’s design choices for its smartphones. Now we would see OnePlus 3 in the market with different marketing and selling method. The device will be launched in the second quarter of the year.
