OnePlus has rolled out the OxygenOS Open Beta 4 update for the OnePlus 8 series. The latest open beta update for the flagship OnePlus 8 and the OnePlus 8 Pro brings the November 2020 Android security patch as well as several fixes and optimizations.

As per the changelog, the new beta update for the OnePlus 8 series comes with optimizations for call stability, system power consumption, some UI display with alarms, and user experience with split-screen apps. Moreover, it also fixes the issues of dropped frames when pulling down the status bar during gaming, occasional failure of NFC, and a frustrating bug that stopped some Play Store downloads from installing.
