The OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro are expected to get massive upgrades when compared to the existing models, and a few recently leaked renders of these phones have given us enough idea of what to expect from OnePlus. Now, as per a fresh leak, the OnePlus 8 series will be launched in late March or April. A reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal on Twitter account revealed that OnePlus would announce the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro in late March or April.

The leaker also suggests that the company may also unveil the affordable OnePlus 8 Lite variant alongside the two OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro smartphones. It also mentioned in the tweet that the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro would get a new green paint job this year. Ishan Agarwal stated that "Got some #OnePlus news to share with you all! The OnePlus 8 & 8 Pro (Who knows, maybe the 8 lite too) will be launching sooner this time! Expect a launch in late March or April. Also, there will be a new Green color for both the phones." As per previously leaked renders, the OnePlus 8 will have a vertically shaped triple rear camera setup and a curved display with a single hole-punch. While the OnePlus 8 Pro is tipped to have a quad rear camera setup and a dual hole-punch for selfie cameras on a curved AMOLED panel.

On the other hand, the affordable OnePlus 8 Lite is expected to come with triple rear camera setup and a flat display with a centrally-positioned hole-punch for selfie shooter. The Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 SoC will power the OnePlus 8, and it's Pro sibling, and both devices also support dual (SA&NSA) 5G network.
