After weeks of teasers, OnePlus has officially launched its latest mid-range phone - the OnePlus Nord CE 5G. As seen in previous leaks, the phone has Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 750G chip, up to 12GB of RAM, a 64MP triple camera setup, and a 4,500mAh battery with 30W fast charging support. It comes in Blue Void (matte), Charcoal Ink (glossy), and Silver Ray colors and will be available for purchase through Amazon and OnePlus.in starting June 16. The OnePlus Nord CE 5G has debuted alongside the OnePlus TV U1S.

The OnePlus Nord CE 5G is a mid-range Nord device that offers all the core features you’d want from a phone in this price range. The phone runs on Android 11 with OxygenOS 11. The brand is promising two years of software updates and three years of security updates for the smartphone. It houses a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The smartphone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G SoC, along with Adreno 619 GPU. For photos and videos, the OnePlus Nord CE 5G has a triple rear camera setup that houses a 64MP primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture and electronic image stabilization (EIS), 8MP secondary sensor with an f/2.25 ultra-wide aperture, and a 2MP monochrome sensor with an f/2.4 aperture.

For selfies, the OnePlus Nord CE has a 16MP Sony IMX471 selfie camera at the front. The rear camera setup on OnePlus Nord CE 5G has features including multi-autofocus (using PDAF+CAF). Further, the phone comes preloaded with Nightscape, UltraShot HDR, Portrait, Panorama, Pro mode, and Smart Scene recognition. There is also support for recording videos in 4K resolution with 30fps. The phone also comes with an under-display fingerprint sensor and includes a super linear speaker with noise cancellation support. The phone offers up to 256GB of onboard storage. The phone is backed by a 4,500mAh battery that supports OnePlus’ Warp Charge 30T Plus fast charging technology.
