OPPO K7 unveiled with Snapdragon 765G and 48MP quad-camera setup

OPPO has quietly launched a brand new OPPO K7 5G mid-ranger smartphone in the Chinese market today. In terms of design, this device shares a pretty close resemblance to the global version of the OPPO Reno 3. The phone features a Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G processor, a quad rear camera setup, and a waterdrop notch display. The OPPO K7 is priced at 1,999 Yuan ($286) and 2,299 Yuan ($329) respectively for its 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB models.

Starting with the display of the device, the OPPO K7 5G features a 6.4-inch Full HD+ AMOLED panel with a waterdrop notch at the top. According to OPPO, the device has a slim profile of just 7.97mm which makes it one of the slimmest 5G devices. On the back panel, it has a typical pill-shape quad-camera setup which includes a 48-megapixel main camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens, 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth shooter. There is a 32MP front-facing camera for selfie experience. Under the hood, the OPPO K7 5G is equipped with an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 765G 5G mobile platform, which is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The handset runs on the latest Android 10 OS out of the box with the company’s in-house ColorOS skin. As far as the battery of the device is concerned, the OPPO K7 5G features a 4,025mAh battery, which has support for up to 30W fast charging.
