According to the news on the media from China it is known that Oppo is releasing a new handset with the name R1C with model number R8207. The handset is equipped with 5 inches screen having 720x 1280 pixels resolution. It has the power of 64 bit Octa Core Snapdragon 615 system on chip. The smartphone will have 2 GB RAM and 16 GB on board memory extendable to 128 GB via microSD card. It has 13 mega pixel rear and 5 mega pixel front facing camera for taking better selfies and the device also offer 4G LTE connectivity.
This is the latest family member of Oppo R1 series, R1C carries the same specifications as previous model release by Oppo R1S. The latest model has different processor that is quad core 1.6 GHz Snapdragon 400 CPU and carries 1 GB RAM.
Oppo is holding the event to introduce R1C just a day before Xiaomi is planning to announce its new products Redmi Note 2 and Xiaomi Mi5. Some images of these products have been seen on the media recently.
