Poco M3 goes official with a 48MP triple camera setup and SDM 662 SoC

Poco M3 is official as the company’s latest budget-friendly M-series smartphone. The POCO M3 succeeds the POCO M2, which was launched just over two months ago. The key highlights of the phone include an SDM 662 SoC, a massive battery, a 48MP triple camera setup, and a 6.53-inch FHD+ display. It comes in Poco Yellow, Cool Blue, and Power Black colors and will go on sale on November 27.

The newly announced Poco M3 phone features a 6.53-inch FHD+ Dot Drop display with 1080 x 2340 pixels resolution and 83.4 percent screen-to-body ratio. It comes with an anti-fingerprint textured back and is also TUV Rheinland low blue light certified. The handset runs on 11nm Snapdragon 662 Chipset that features Adreno 610 GPU and 3rd generation AI Engine. The SoC is paired with 4GB of RAM and up to 128GB storage. There is an 8MP sensor on the front panel for selfie experience. It has a triple rear camera setup which includes a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP macro camera, and a 2MP depth shooter. The rear camera offers Night Mode, Movie frame, Time-lapse, and Color-focus features. Poco M3 packs a 6,000 mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging and runs MIUI 12 based on Android 10 OS.
