Realme 8 and Realme 8 Pro will be launched in India on March 24. The company has confirmed the launch date and has also sent out the Invite for the same. The launch event will also happen simultaneously in the UK (2 p.m. GMT) and France, Germany, Italy, and Spain (3 PM CET). The Realme 8 series will succeed the Realme 7 series, which was launched in India back in September 2020. Besides, the vanilla Realme 8 has also received Geekbench certification.

According to some new and recent official teasers, the Realme 8 Pro will have a 108MP primary camera. The Realme 8 Pro will use a 1/1.52-inch Samsung ISOCELL HM2 image sensor. This will be followed by three other sensors, which presumably are ultra-wide, macro, and depth. The device is likely to be powered by the Snapdragon 730G chipset. It may also come with a Super AMOLED display and 65W fast charging. The Realme 8, on the other hand, is expected to feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display and a 64MP quad-camera setup.

Realme 8 Pro price and full specs

The Realme 8 Geekbench listing reveals that it will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio G95 chipset, paired with 8GB of RAM. It will also run Android 11 OS. Performance-wise, the phone has achieved a score of 536 points and 1,702 points, respectively, for its single-core and multi-core benchmark tests.
