Realme officially unveils its new affordable smartphone – Realme C12 under its C-series in Indonesia. The key highlights of the phone include an HD+ IPS LCD display, a massive 6,000 mAh battery, and the Helio G35 SoC. The Realme C12 comes in Marine Blue and Coral Red colors with sales tipping off on August 16. In terms of pricing, the Realme C12 will be priced at 1,899,000 Rupiah ($128) for its 3GB+32GB model. This handset will be launched in India on August 18.

Realme C12 features a 6.53-inches HD+ display that employs a dewdrop-notch design to accommodate its 5-megapixel selfie camera. It is accompanied by slim bezels that allow the device to achieve a high screen-to-body ratio. Over at the back, there is a familiar squarish camera setup which resembles what we’d seen on the current Realme C11 and C15 smartphones. Its rear triple camera setup has a 13-megapixel main camera, 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. There is a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor as well.

Just like the Realme C11 and C15, the new Realme C12 is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G35 chipset which is paired with 3GB of RAM and 32GB onboard storage. As usual, its storage will also be further expandable via a microSD card. On the software side, it runs custom Realme UI based on Android 10. To keep its light on, the Realme C12 has a massive 6,000mAh battery at the helm which is capable of supporting hours of continuous usage.
