Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G certified by Bluetooth SIG and NFC

One of the best smartphones that Samsung is expected to launch on August 5 is the Galaxy Z Flip 5G. The clamshell phone with a foldable screen will have 5G connectivity. Ahead of the launch, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G has received approval from the Bluetooth SIG authority and NFC.

The Bluetooth SIG certification platform has approved SM-F707U, SM-F707W, SM-F707U1, SM-F7070, SM-F707N, and SM-F707B model numbers of the Samsung Z Flip 5G. Bluetooth SIG appearance only confirms that the foldable phone supports Bluetooth 5.0. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5G has bagged one more certification today, and this one from the NFC Forum. The model number that has been certified through NFC Forum is SM-F707U. The NFC Forum certification confirms that the Galaxy Z Flip 5G will have NFC connectivity. The Samsung Galaxy Z Flip that debuted earlier this year came with Snapdragon 855+ and lacks 5G capabilities, however, the Galaxy Z Flip 5G is arriving with Snapdragon 865 SoC. The SM-F707B model number of the Galaxy Z Flip 5G was recently spotted on Geekbench 5 with a single-core score of 970 and a multi-core score of 3220. The listing revealed that the Snapdragon 865 SoC will pair with up to 8 GB of RAM and it runs on Android 10 OS.
