Samsung officially unveiled Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 Edge yesterday. New information came regarding availability of the devices. As per Korean publication Yonhap News, DJ Koh Samsung Mobile Communications chief confirmed that on 11th March both devices will be launched in the United States and 59 other countries.
The Chief also said that sales of latest model Galaxy S7 will be higher than last year model Galaxy S6. It might possible that first month sales will be critical so the company is giving the Gear VR headset to those customers who buy or pre-order a Galaxy S7 between February 23 and March 18.
According to an estimate Korean Giant shipped almost 38 million Galaxy S6 smartphones in 2015. Still sale of the device was less than initially planned. If everything will function according to plans the company will dispatch over 40 million Galaxy S7 units by the end of this year.
