Now, the renders of the upcoming Xperia Compact 2021 phone have been published, thanks to the tipster @OnLeaks. Some other reports say that this will be a budget phone with affordable specs and price tag.

The upcoming Sony Xperia Compact 2021 smartphone is said to have a 5.5-inch flat display, and the images reveal that there will be a water-drop notch for the front-facing camera and a thick bezel at the bottom. It may come with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for authentication. There is an extra button other than the volume rocker and power button on the right side of the phone. This button could be a dedicated Google Assistant button. On the back panel, the handset will have a vertically-shaped dual camera setup with a 13MP primary sensor for photography experience. You’ll get an 8MP front-facing camera for selfies. The new Sony Xperia Compact will offer a SIM card tray on the left side and an audio jack at the top. The bottom of the phone seems to have a USB-C port, a slit for the speaker, and a microphone hole. According to the source, the Sony Xperia Compact 2021 will have 140 x 68.9 x 8.9 mm dimensions.
