As scheduled, the Chinese phone maker Xiaomi has officially unveiled the Black Shark 4 Series in China today. The company has announced two new gaming smartphones, the Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro. Both devices have similar specs, including Snapdragon processors, triple cameras, 120W fast-charging, and more.

Xiaomi Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro feature 6.67-inch Samsung E4 AMOLED displays with punch-hole selfie cameras. Both screens offer Full HD+ resolution, a 144H refresh rate, a 720Hz touch sampling rate, an 8.3ms multi-finger touch response delay, MEMC, DC dimming, and an in-screen fingerprint sensor. In terms of design, both phones have identical front and rear designs. The Snapdragon 870 SoC powers the Black Shark 4, whereas the Black Shark 4 Pro comes with a more powerful Snapdragon 888 processor. Both smartphones are equipped with LPDDR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage.

Xiaomi Black Shark 4 series has a 20MP front-facing camera. The rear camera setup of the Black Shark 4 has a Sony IMX582 48MP primary camera, whereas the Black Shark 4 Pro offers a Sony IMX686 64MP main camera. For gaming, the Black Shark 4 and 4 Pro are equipped with motorized shoulder buttons. The Black Shark 4 Pro also has a 15V ultra-high power smart PA and dual 1216 linear speakers. Xiaomi Black Shark 4 and Black Shark 4 Pro are fueled by a 4,500mAh dual-cell battery. Both phones carry support for 120W fast charging.
