Xiaomi has declared its intention to announce two new flagships in the market in a day and Xiaomi Mi5 is not one of them despite leaks and rumors. So we have to guess on others.
Expected new device to be announced is Redmi Note 2 which is the successor to Redmi 2 launched just a week back. The new handset Redmi Note 2 will have 5.7 inches screen with 1080 pixels. It will be powered with Qualcomm's mid-range Snapdragon 615 chipset with an octa-core 64-bit CPU.
Approximate price of the Redmi Note 2 is going to be $250 and the other smart phone to be announced is just $65 which is going to be an entry level device with good specs. It will have 4.7 inches screen having 720 pixels resolution and runs Android KitKat-based operating system and has 8MP rear camera and LTE connectivity.
The other handset that is Xiaomi MiPad 2 will have Tegra chipset instead of Intel having screen like iPad Mini but more rectangular in shape. The other rumor are the new smart phone will have 810 snapdragon with Snapdragon 801 but the details are not available.
The announcing ceremony will be held tomorrow at 2PM Beijing where these new two devices will be announced and the complete information about the devices will be on the surface by Xiaomi’s officials.
