Xiami was launched a Smartphone Redmi 8A on 25th September; it came with 5000 mAh massive battery capacity and Sony IMX363 12-megapixel camera. Today, the brand unveiled another Smartphone known as Xiaomi Redmi 8 with impressive improvements like AI Face unlock and dual camera setup.
Xiaomi Redmi 8 features a 6.2 inches IPS LCD and HD+ resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels at a 19:9 aspect ratio. It runs Android 9 Pie customized with MIUI 10 OS and paired with 3GB / 4GB of RAMs and 32GB / 64GB onboard storage options. The new variant comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon 439 Chipset like predecessor (Redmi 8A also has 439 SoC). It packs a 5000 mAh massive battery that can support up to 18W for rapid charging. On the back panel, it has dual camera modules of 12-megapixel primary shooter with f/1.8 aperture and a 2MP sensor for depth effect. The waterdrop notch houses an 8MP sensor for taking selfies on the front shell. The previous version didn’t a fingerprint sensor, but the new version Redmi 8 has a fingerprint reader on the back panel.
