Xiaomi Mi 11 with 6.81-inch display and SD 888 SoC launched globally

Shortly after the launch of the Snapdragon 888 SoC last year, Chinese tech giant Xiaomi unveiled the Mi 11 smartphone in China. The company’s latest flagship phone was the first device to come with Qualcomm’s new SDM 888 SoC. It also offers many other impressive features such as a QHD+ AMOLED display, a 4,600 mAh sizeable battery, and 108MP triple camera setup at the back. Xiaomi has now finally announced this flagship phone in the global markets, as promised. The company also announced MIUI 12.5 global rollout alongside Mi 11 smartphone at its virtual event.

The premium Xiaomi Mi 11 handset features a 6.81-inch Super AMOLED display with the same QHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate as the Samsung’s Galaxy S21 Ultra phone. The smartphone draws power from the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5nm processor that is paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB storage. There is a triple camera setup on the back panel which includes a 108MP primary sensor, a 13MP ultra-wide shooter, and a 5MP telemacro shooter. It has a 20MP front-facing camera for selfie experience. The Xiaomi Mi 11 packs a 4,600 mAh battery with 55W wired and 50W wireless charging support. It also supports 10W reverse wireless charging.
