LG has entered in the race of Mid-range flagships by manufacturing affordable handsets for the consumers. Recently, the two smartphones K7 and K10 are all set to be launched in the mid of April in India. Both handsets would be very economical and based on topnotch features. This new series would support LG to succeed L-Series smartphones of the South Korean company. The most appealing feature is would be ‘Premium UX’ to support advanced photography capabilities that the company got from their high-end handsets.
The major features that have been disclosed by the company are Gesture Interval Short Function, Tap and Shot and 2.5 Arc Glass Design along with Gesture Shot. LG K7 coming in two variant One device would support only 3G and other would also have 4G LTE feature.
There is a 5-inch (854x480) pixels of Screen Resolution in both variants of K7. However, the 3G model is comprised of 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor and 4G LTE flagship runs with 1.14 GHz Quad-Core SoC processor. The other major features are 5 MP or 8 MP rear cameras with the 5 MP front-facing cam. There will be 2125 mAh battery with 8 or 16 GB inbuilt storage & 1 or 1.5 GB of RAM.
The K10 packs with both 3G/ 4G LTE connectivity support and has Android Lollipop 5.1. The other specs are 2300 mAh battery, 5 or 8 MP front camera, 13 MP rear Camera and a Quad-Core Processor of 1.3 GHz. It can also be an Octa-Core Processor with 1.14 GHz. Three memory configurations has been announced for K10 i.e. 1, 1.5 and 2 GB. However, the built-in storage would be of 16 or 8 GB.
The prices of both mid-range flagships is yet to be disclosed. But the expert Tech Analysts have predicted its price around 15,000 INR. Both of the handsets have been designed according to the purchasing power of Indian consumers. Let’s see whether LG would be able to grab attention of buyers towards K7 and K10 or flagships by other companies would make their way.
