The large screens had their time, and now mini versions are getting in vogue again. It time of miniaturization and putting miracles in silicon. HTC mini One is an ideal example of miniaturization replicating its senior version in a small size fittingly a lot in compact small size. It deserves a closer look at pack of technology.

Design and Display:
HTC One mini 2, smaller version of HTC One in all respects, has just 4.3-inch display having a Super LCD-3. After the usage of bigger display screen reverting back to 4.3-inch screen with only 720p, seems strange but logical solution. The bigger version has 1080p resolutions. Despite lower pixel density, its performance is just perfect; brightness, natural color look, and good viewing at all angles. Well, this may be having all good qualities, remains a bit inferior to its actual senior.
Since they are siblings they have to have similar characteristics, it has the same shape and make like rounded edges and metallic body. No doubt it is beautifully shaped and gives a graceful look. It has ideal measurements to fit in hand or pocket having 132 x 63.2 x 9.25mm sizes. If you wish, you can buy a black beauty or a piece in silver color having dust and other markers repelling quality. The original has been replicated in a perfect and beautiful manner.
Although it is much different in hardware, for example, its size, and correspondingly other components, the feel and experience are not much different from HTC One. It runs Android 4.4 (Kitkat) and running the same HTC Sense 5 UI preferring over Jelly Bean. Users can conveniently go on social networking and will have the same good experience and the set will measure up to your expectations.
Processor And Memory
The original HTC One operates on Quad-Core processor, but this mini has Dual- Core processor; apparently looking inferior but not so in performance. In this mini dual-core 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor and 1GB of RAM, 16 GB internal storage available in the phone that is extendable up to 32 GB with the help of external memory card. We find nothing amiss in this set that performs in accordance with expectations of the users.
It is equipped with cameras facing front and back. The primary camera is of 13 megapixel whereas the rear camera is 5 megapixels. One should not be led away by the small fingers and specifications of the camera because they produced beautiful results and present sharp and bright images. This mini is not mini in capabilities. Likewise, the camera equally good in performance and pleasing for the users who have the craze of snap shots of everything.
It has sufficient battery is believed to have reasonable capacity but sad to say it is not removable and with so many good points you have to accept this weakness of the device for capacity there is no reliable information available.
Most probably considering it to be an economical set in size and price but packed with qualities it is going to dominate the market and will capture a suitable share as expected. The users are also likely to be happy with this mini that is not exactly mini in its capabilities.
