The actual sales and shipment take place on April 10. You can go to Huawei Consumer online store to buy Huawei P30 Pro or an affordable choice P30. It doesn’t matter whatever region or country you used to live, as available around the world. If interesting let’s see the Huawei P30 Pro Price .
Let’s dive into details.
Body, Display, and OS
Huawei P30 Pro has a shiny new look; the metal body polished in such a way it shimmers at different angles in sunlight, the device adopts 2.5D Arc design, 158x73.4x8.4 mm measures of dimensions (height, width, and thickness). The more comfortable to carry a light handset only at 192 grams weight, P30 PRO arrives in striking colors Aurora, Amber Sunrise, Breathing Crystal, Black, and Pearl White - all of them look premium.
Unlike its sibling, the Pro model is a strong resistant for submersions, IP63 rated to make the P30 PRO splash Proof. It equips a 3.5 mm jack in the bottom hub so enjoy music in your favorite way.
There is a big 19.5:9 flat screen housing a selfie notch and users can get hide the notch with a toggle in setting, otherwise, let it free and enjoy the wider area for content and browse.
The OLED Display covers Edge-to-Edge screen, not a flat one in standard P30, so, it offers a strong grip and we have to see a spread content on an extra large 6.47inches screen which brightens up with 1080x2340 pixels resolution, that gives 398 PPI density lower than the base model P30 owns 422 PPI density for higher units of brightness, but still outdoor performance feels good in both. Netflix and YouTube are nice ways to have the benefits of P30 PRO’s FHD+ display. The handset is an HDR 10 compliant and accepts DCI-P3 coverage to achieve perfect dynamic color range and contrast ratio as per consumer desires.
UD FR: We are glad to see the modern In-Display Fingerprint Sensing technology that is faster and more reliable. FR takes less than one second to unlock the device, and anyone can’t make it fool since your unique finger patterns.
Coming to the OS, you can control color temperature, set manual night mode, and get beautiful themes, one-hand user support, CPU and GPU Turbo technologies to boost software performance and smooth gaming fun, thanks to Huawei for installing more advanced EMUI 9.1 on top of Android 9.0 Pie.

Quad Camera Photography, Periscope Zoom, and RYYB Technology
Huawei P30 PRO has not three but four Leica-branded cameras on the rear; the first one is 40MP wide-angle lens with f/1.6 aperture, the secondary is a 20MP ultrawide having f/2.2 aperture, and the third is the highlighting one an 8MP periscope zoom optics with 5x optical zoom and OIS support for stabilized images, while the last fourth recognized as a 3D Time-of-Flight sensor.
The whole camera setup works well, and it achieved the best Dxomark scores, and the users can capture more field of view (for landscapes pictures), and it appreciates day and night photography for lovers. AI images are looking perfect. The credit goes to Super Sensing 40MP f/1.6 lens to win the camera lovers for its low-light shots with Super Night mode, thanks to an 8MP periscope cam for a perfect 5x times closer view, better than the 3x of affordable Huawei P30 version. We can get excellent results by taking a single shot with all four snappers.
Unlike the standard P30, it captures the full details, and don’t lose performance even from picture edges.
Huawei announced a new RYYB camera for P30 PRO duo, but, the earlier phones and even most of the flagship devices have RGGB quadrant (RYYB is Red-Yellow-and-Yellow-Blue matrix, and RGGB is a matrix of Red-Green-and-Green-Blue.)
Video Recording: Huawei P30 PRO lets its user shoot 4k videos at 30fps, FHD streams at either 30 or 60fps; but, Super Slow mode is fantastic for making HD videos at 960fps (you found frames per second, the same high-class feature in only Samsung Note, and S series flagships, that support gyro-EIS.)
32MP Selfie Cam, Face Unlock, and AI Scene Recognition
Huawei P30 PRO allows a user make best settings in the camera app and creates high-res selfies along a 32MP front-facing notch; there’s portrait mode for group selfies, AI Beauty to add special effects, and HDR support. We have enjoyed images full of details, dynamic color range, different lighting effects, and blur or un-blur effect, low-light vision at f/2.0 aperture, and smooth 1080p video calling. There’s a new set of emoji, and Face Unlock though not more secure than UD fingerprint sensing technology.
The front camera doesn’t have a partner, so it captures only wide-angle pictures, not those back periscope and ultra-wide setup.
It features the famous AI Scene Recognition to find the scene, gender, color, and tone, and now it can find out further objects and species including teaspoon, table, and plants, flower, and cat, dog, human.
Performance and Benchmarking Reports
Huawei P30 PRO does an excellent job to be a leading device for performance. The Chinese phone maker has used its own Kirin 980 chipset that couples with a 7nm octa-core Processor which saves more battery consumption than a 10nm or 14nm ones. It runs faster cycles at 2.6 GHz frequency, so that executes Programs too, it Processes dual NPUs for AI machine learning tasks and brilliant workflow. It won’t catch the increased temperature because of the Advanced Cooling.
The internal specs are incomplete without the Mali-G76 MP10 graphics Providers and 6/8 GB RAM multitasking and gaming supporter for sharing the burden. We can’t describe how it doubles fun for our favorite PUBG mobile game. You can taste gaming hours but don’t forget to turn on Gaming Turbo, and stereo speakers and Dolby ATMOS are producing immersive sound, speaker grilles have to open their doors at the bottom to let the sound waves migrate to the world. We can save what we need in 128 or 256 GB storage, depending on the variant. MicroSD is optional with SIM 2 as it offers hybrid slot technology.
Now take the help of the benchmarking reports to measure overall performance.
Geek bench awarded 3289 scores for single-core and 9817 scores for multi-core performance while talking overall performance, and the P30 PRO got 305,525 AnTuTu scores taken as a big achievement, that shows how much powerful than the other flagships.
After prolonged use of talk, play and watch, a 4,200 mAh Li-Po non-removable battery didn’t get tired, but ready to avail extra time to consume with a single recharge by 40W Fast Weird Charge or 15W Wireless Charge if the disturbance occurs while playing.

Huawei P30 PRO is the best for you if you can don’t care price and 5G network support. But, if out of budget and 5G is no problem for you since the fifth-gen network will spread over the world by 2020, then you can choose an affordable version with the compromising features, the Huawei P30.
Samsung’s Galaxy S10 family is the best alternative for Huawei P30 PRO devices, If not agree to wait until the release of OnePlus 7T or Huawei Mate 30 Pro series, as we do not doubt their capabilities.
For those who can’t wait to enjoy 5G faster downloads, they can go for Mate X 5G if it must not cross Huawei line; otherwise, the earlier launched Galaxy S10 5G can be a user’s wish, but it costs half more than Huawei P30 PRO.
