Samsung sends free Gift to T-Mobile customers who reserved the Galaxy Note 7 before the Promotion

US telecom carrier T-Mobile started pre-orders of the Samsung’s latest phablet Galaxy S7 on August 3. The customers who will order Note 7 between August 3 to August 12 are expected to collect a 256GB MicroSD, Gear Fit, or a free Netflix for a year. Though, Samsung was refusing to send off selected gifts to some customers of T-Mobile.

The actual trouble behind this negation is that, in some areas of the U.S, pre-orders for T-Mobile customers entered into Samsungs system one day before the official beginning of the free gift promotion. The free gift promotion began on August 3 but customer orders were entered into the companys system on August 2. People who pre-ordered a Galaxy Note, the manufacturer emailed a letter to them, which interpret "Your purchase date is Aug. 2, 2016, which is not within our purchase period."

Customers faced this issue due to the time difference in the U.S cities. The same issue occurred in other regions of the U.S when T-Mobile started accepting pre-orders. When on August 2, clock hit 12 in New York and the next day began, but in other cities such as San Francisco and Los Angeles, there was still 9pm on August 2.
