HTC Desire 620G is the other version of Desire 620 and they both seems identical only difference found between them is the chipset difference and LTE connectivity. Desire 620G does not have the LTE support and equipped with MediaTek chipset instead of Snapdragon and will be available in mid of December with the competitive price of $160.
