The Oppo Reno3 and Reno3 Pro had gone official in China in December 2019 as mid-range 5G smartphones. Earlier this month, the non-4G version of the OPPO Reno3 Pro was announced globally. It announced as the world’s first phone featuring a 44-megapixel dual selfie camera, and it is also the first-ever phone to feature the MediaTek’s Helio P95 SoC. A new report from 91mobiles states that the company is gearing up to launch the Reno3 in international markets. Citing information received from reliable tipster Ishan Agarwal, the publication has claimed that the Reno3 global variant will be powered by Helio P90 chipset.

According to the source, the OPPO Reno 3 global model will have the same notch-toting 6.4-inch Full-HD+ display, quad rear cameras, and gradient finish as the Chinese variant. The tipster Agarwal revealed that the Reno3 global version would be powered by MediaTek Helio P90 chipset instead of the Dimensity 1000L SoC that also supports 5G connectivity. The upcoming variant is said to feature a 48MP primary sensor with f/1.8 aperture, 13MP telephoto sensor with f/2.4 aperture, 8MP ultra-wide sensor with f/2.4 aperture, and 2MP mono sensor with f/2.4 aperture. On the front panel, it will have a 44MP selfie sensor instead of the Chinese model’s 32MP shooter. The phone is expected to flaunt a 6.4-inch display that offers Full HD+ resolution along with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
