Today, in the race of network speed Telstra wins by introducing a first 5G smartphone in Australia nationwide, with several areas across Perth anticipated to the subsidy from the beginning. Samsung's first 5G flagship phone will be offered through Telstra before any other Australian mobile operator. Telstra consumer executive Kevin Teoh said the first 5G-enabled smartphone was a significant step towards bringing the revolutionary mobile technology to life. According to him, the new smartphone will be dubbed as a game-changing moment for our customers. Mainly 5G could give you the speed over 600MBps.The performance of 5G will improve over time.

The Samsung Galaxy S10 5G is not just an advanced phone with improved antennas. It is an utterly changed headset with a larger display of 6.7 inches, a mega battery pack, and value-added six cameras on the device. Australia launches the first 5G flagship device with mutual consent of Samsung.

Garry McGregor, the Samsung mobile division vice-president said the announcement was historic. In the first rollout, Bassendean, Beeliar, Booragoon, Bull Creek, Canning Vale, City Beach, Cockburn, Coolbellup, Henderson, Inglewood, Jandakot, Maddington, Osborne Park, Perth CBD, Subiaco, Thornlie, Welshpool, Willetton are included in Perth suburbs. With in 12 months Telstra will launch 5G in 35 more cities of Australia.
