LG V10 Review
LG is too hopeful when they launched the LGv10 but unfortunately the handset did not go up as they think after that the company includes number of devices in G4 series but after LG G4 the company change their tread and introduced new series with the initial “V” and LG V10 is the first phone of this series and there is no doubt that the handset make the bump and fulfill the drawback of LG G4 to the some extent. Here we are going to see what LG V10 carries and why are the users crazy for.
Design and Dual Display
LG V10 is the perfect combination of style and durability. The metal charm and Dura guard silicon softness increases the charm of LG V10. The handset has the premium metal frame and the back cover is made of with scratch resistant Dura-Guard silicon which is removable and easy to grip. The handset measures 159.6 x 79.3 x 8.6 mm by dimension and has 192 grams of weight.
The cutting edge of LG V10 is its dual screen and they both are perfectly works together. The large screen of the handset measures 5.7 inches with 1440 x 2560 pixels resolution which delivers the stunning result to the users and the 2nd screen measures 2.1 inches with 160x 1040 pixels resolution. When the main display of handset is not in use the 2nd display shows time, date and notifications to the users and when users start operating the main display the 2nd display immediately show the shortcuts to the users. The main screen of the handset is protected with Gorilla Glass 4 which stays out the unwanted marks from the handset.
Software and users interface
The interface and software is not new for Android users. LG V10 runs Android 5.1 Lollipop version of operating system and provides the full command and interface to users with multiple software utilities. Functionally Android seems best because of its productive tools such as one hand mood. So anyone can use this software without any hurdle.
Processor and Memory
Like LG G4, the V10 is also featured with powerful hardware. LG V10 has Quad-core 1.44 GHz Cortex-A53 & dual-core 1.82 GHz Cortex-A57 processor paired with Qualcomm MSM8992 Snapdragon 808 chipset and Adreno 418 GPU. The smartphone is served with 4GB RAM combined with 64 GB internal memory which can be increased up to 128 GB via the microSD card. This handset is a complete databank which allows the users to save everything in it as they need and carry their data easily everywhere.
Fingerprint scanner and Shock Resistance
The LG V10 is featured with latest fingerprint technology. Though the usage of fingerprint scanner is not new and most of the handsets are featured with this because of the need of security but the placement of fingerprint scanner is important and LG took wise decision and place the scanner below the rear camera which works well and provide the complete and easy security to the users and make their device personal. Beside this fingerprint scanner, the handset is MIL-STD-810G certified which means the smartphone is able to resist in shocking conditions such as electricity fluctuation.
Powerful rear and DUO front facing camera
LG V10 is featured with 16 MP rear camera with 5312x 2988 pixels density and has laser autofocus, optical image stabilization and LED flash which gives accuracy to each short captured by LG V10 in all types of light conditions. LG V10 also has 5 MP duo cameras which allow the users to capture 3D images from 120-degree wide angle and users can capture even a large group photo at once.
Battery and rapid Charging
Powerful handset needs a powerful backup for giving the long lasting result to the users. The LG V10 is energized with the 3000mAh battery which gives the sufficient backup and users are able to use the handset whole day. The V10 also has Rapid charging feature which is able to charge 50% battery in 40 minutes with quick 2.0 chargers.
