Samsung Galaxy A9 (2018)
After the launch of Galaxy A7 with three cameras, Samsung revealed its first smartphone in the world with a Quad camera set-up. The Galaxy A9 has 6.3inches super AMOLED FHD+ display with 392 PPI density and 16M colors depth. The gradually trending 18.5:9 aspects ratio of the Samsung smartphone is very helpful for gaming and streaming videos on YouTube. The Quad camera smartphone has a reasonable 80.5% screen-to-body ratio. The massive display is suited on split-screen. The premium handset has a square-shaped fingerprint scanner on the back and has face ID to secure the data of the user. The dual hybrid SIM tray is stacked on the left side of the phone.
The Samsung Galaxy A9 is powered with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC chipset with Octa-Core (4x2.2 GHz Kryo 260 & 4x1.8 GHz Kryo 260). Adreno 512 support graphically demanding games. Galaxy A9 is available in two pairs of RAM, ROM as 6GB/128GB and 8GB/128GB which is extendable up to 512GB by microSD card using the dedicated slot.
The smartphone has Quad-Camera set-up on the back. The first camera has an 8MP sensor, an f/2.4 aperture with a 120 ° ultra-wide angle. The second camera has a 10MP sensor, f/2.4 extensive aperture, 2x optical zoom, telephoto lens. The Quad-Camera phone is available in three colors caviar black, lemonade blue and bubblegum pink colors. The price of the smartphone is $695 which is higher than a mid-range phone but lower than a flagship with a flagship camera.
